Agreement on Medicine Supply Between Bharatpur Hospital and Nepal Aushadhi Limited

Nepal Health News, Kathmandu: A significant agreement has been signed between Bharatpur Hospital and Nepal Aushadhi Limited regarding the supply of medicines. Representatives from both the hospital and the company expressed their commitment to ensuring the supply of essential medicines for the upcoming fiscal year.

The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Krishna Prasad Poudel, the Medical Superintendent of Bharatpur Hospital, and Kailash Kumara Paneru, the General Manager of Nepal Aushadhi Limited. This agreement is expected to facilitate the supply of various essential medicines to the hospital throughout the year.

According to the agreement, Nepal Aushadhi Limited will supply medicines such as paracetamol, Jeevan Jal (oral rehydration solution), and folic acid to the hospital from the 1st of Shrawan 2082 (mid-July 2025) to the end of Ashadh 2083 (mid-July 2026). Additionally, the company has also agreed to meet other medicinal supply needs of the hospital in a timely manner.

This agreement is considered a crucial step toward improving the hospital’s medicine supply system and preventing shortages during times of need. It is also expected to enhance the effectiveness of hospital services and contribute to improved healthcare for patients.
