Nepal Health News, Kathmandu — The Kathmandu District Court has ordered that 7 individuals, including medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai, be taken into custody, while 32 others involved in the royalist movement that took place in Tinkune, Kathmandu on Chaitra 15 (March 28), be released on bail.
The order was issued on Thursday night by the bench of Judge Dhruva Raj Karki.
Those sent to custody include Durga Prasai, Tara Rajabadi (Saroj Gautam), Anup Rajabadi (Gokarna Shahi), Dandapani Regmi, Sushil Baral, Keshav Basnet, and Kumar Tamang.
Prasai is the operator of B & C Medical College.
