Instruction to submit the performance evaluation form by the Ministry of Health

Nepal Health News, Kathmandu – The Ministry of Health and Population has instructed relevant departments, hospitals, and subordinate offices to submit the performance evaluation forms of health workers for the fiscal year 2081/82 (2024/25) on time.

The Ministry has stated that the format prescribed in Schedule-17 of the Nepal Health Service Act and Regulation, 2055 (1998), must be strictly followed. Accordingly, under Rule 71, the performance evaluation form must be prepared and submitted to the Ministry in the prescribed format along with the required evaluation process.

The Ministry has also urged the concerned bodies to pay special attention to submitting the forms within the specified deadline and to complete the process in a smooth and timely manner.
